Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite to bring premium features at affordable price points such as advanced camera technology, signature S Pen, superb display and long-lasting battery. DJ Koh, President and CEO of IT & Mobile Communications Division said, “The Galaxy S and Galaxy Note devices have met consumer wants and demands around the world. These devices represent our continuous effort to deliver industry-leading innovations, from performance and power to intelligence and services. The Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note10 Lite will introduce those distinct key premium features that make up a Galaxy S and Galaxy Note experience.”
Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note10 Lite feature 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O Full HD+ Display at 2400x1080 resolution at 394PPI with a hole-punch design that provides an expansive and immersive experience. Coming to the internal hardware, Samsung hasn't said exactly what's powering on each version of the phone, but the results define, Galaxy S10 Lite runs on 7nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Max. 2.8 GHz + 2.4 GHz + 1.7 GHz) and Galaxy Note10 Lite offer 10nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Quad 2.7GHz + Quad 1.7GHz). Both devices come with 6/8GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage.
Arrangement of cameras on the two devices, a 5MP f2.4 Macro, 48MP Super Steady OIS AF f2.0 wide-angle and a 12MP ultra-wide at f2.2 for Galaxy S10 Lite and a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide featuring a 123-degree angle lens, a 12MP f/1.7 wide-angle lens with dual-pixel technology and OIS; and a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto lens with OIS. Both devices have 32MP f2.2 front-facing camera to capture selfies, video calling, etc.
Both smartphones packed 4500mAh battery and super-fast charging capabilities and run on One UI 2.0 based on Android 10.0. Also, Galaxy Note 10 Lite has a signature S pen that supports present a presentation, controls your video content or takes a picture, all with a simple click of the S Pen. Samsung adds the Air Command feature for quick and easy access white Samsung Note app is much faster than before to those write notes into text for easy editing and sharing. Galaxy S10 Lite comes in Prism White, Prism Black and Prism Blue and Galaxy Note10 Lite are available in Aura Glow, Aura Black and Aura Red colors. Samsung not officially revealed the price points and release date yet.
